Help Build our Mastermind Community!

You're invited to be part of a mastermind community!
What is a mastermind, you ask?
Simply put, a mastermind brings a small group of people together who share a desire for support and accountability when working toward goals.
Members of the group bring their expertise in life or career skills in to the mix and work toward supporting others in the group to sharpen skills both personally and professionally.
When people get together, new resources and ideas flow easily and a cohesive network of relationship begins to form. A synergy develops and that becomes the "mastermind".
Each participant has an opportunity to state their new weekly goal or progress toward the particular outcome they’re working on from the week before. Then they receive support, clarification requests, and affirmation from the group that you will achieve that which you desire.
Members challenge one another to set strong goals and envision each other as either having met the goal in the present tense or holding space while the person grows into their new state of success.
Masterminds are also more than a group of people supporting dreams and wishes and hoped-for-success. When we are supported, encouraged, and gently challenged by others, we invite synergy into the mix. This synergy is available to us whenever groups gather together for a common goal.
Stephen Covey’s 6th Habit of Highly Effective People says:
Synergy is the energy and ideas generated when people share a willingness to support each other’s ideas. Synergy generates more energy and excitement and helps everyone have positive change of heart that increases the likelihood of success.
Jack Canfield talks about the mastermind in this way:
"By getting the perspective, knowledge, experience, and resources of others in the group, not only can you greatly expand your own limited view of the world, you can also advance your own goals and projects more quickly."
